so, siapa tak pernah stress??? silalah angkat ibu jari kaki anda sampai sentuh dahi! boleh??? IMPOSSIBLE kan?? my point exactly! impossible! melainkan kau penggemar yoga sejati or ballet dancer.
the point is. sesegar embun pagi or mentari pagi pon kau mesti ada masa-masanya korang stress kan? and of course! ade je yang bajet-bajet hidung mancong angkat dagu cakap.. 'eyh, aku tak pena la...' aku tak percaya kot. tapi lain orang lain la caranya kan. kadang-kadang orang nampak je yang that particular person tu stress. sometimes, they dont. menyebabkan orang cakap 'eyh, kau happy je kan. tak pernah stress pun. bestnyewww' pastu hidong kembang kuncup banggha!
frankly, when i stressed out. it SHOWN! but i DONT smack on others face to get better. i have my own stress-killer.

1. music.
i do believe kebanyakan manusia menggunakan cara yang sama. plug in your ear phone and BAM!!!
as for me, i'll go to every genre. daripada ROCK-IT-HARD music, rihanna's, as cool as bruno mars hinggalah lagu-lagu MAK-SENTAP-NOKSS like jar of hearts by christina perri. but my current personal favourite now, ROLLING IN THE DEEP by adele. oh yeah!
2. best vocal winnah!
when mama get stress she's a singer! oh yeah. mula-mula dengar, layan segala sentap-mentap jiwa kacau. lepas tu, sure kau rasa. tak cukup la.. nak kasi layan lagi boleh? bukak youtube search lagu, pastikan ada 'with lyrics' ewahh... berdendang MAK JEMAH pon kau boleh lepas tu. stress punya pasal suara macam cik siti blakang umah pon rasa cam siti nurhaliza.
3. move your butt.
haa! ni personal favourite. dance all da way bebeh! biasanya untuk aktiviti ni mulalah kau pandang kanan kiri dulu nak buat. ambil feeling kaki panjang SNSD. keluar lah bakat terpendam ala-ala menari spider man pon boleh. janji, takde siapa nampak lah. oh yeah! menarilah sampai puas. you own it!

4. get sweaty.
as for me, doing some exercise really do help. hop on da treadmill or bikes. best with some music. masa-masa macam ni 1000 cal terbakar pon u didnt even realize. trust me, you will feel great! rasa ala-ala hottie la konon. FLY AWAY STRESS!
5. step back.
BACK OUT! biasanya bila aku stress, things will go up side down. NOTHING will go right. what do i do? i'll take a step back. and relax. do whatever you can. sit somewhere peace and calm. take a walk. and see the world! soon your brain will start working on how to replenish things. so, stress adalah masa untuk me, melayan senario dunia! ewahh.
6. cry baby.
normally, i'll cry. this depends, if i think it is so hard to bare and i think i need some soothing words, i'll go to someone. not anyone. just this particular someone. either my bestie ANA MERCURY or my BFI. but sometimes, i just need sometime alone. bagi aku crying doesnt indicate that i am weak. after every cry, i'll feel much better! its like i'm building my strength la. lagi sorang yang bila dia layan emosi pastu jadi kuat tahu siapa??? HULK! mihihihihi.

7. REMEMBER YOUR CREATOR.
this is the most important step of all. ALLAH tu MAHA MENDENGAR. mengadulah. cakaplah apa sahaja. mohonlah ketabahan hati. insyaALLAH, hati dan jiwa akan terasa ringan je. after all DIA yang faham kau lebih dari orang lain. DONT EVER skip tis step. dengar lah muzik sekuat alam, menarilah sampai bergegar tiang seri rumah, carilah ketenangan. takkan jumpa. INGAT DIA JUGAKLAH YANG BAGI KAU KEIZINAN NAK CAPAI APA PON.
